Yes I confess, I am a horrible blogger. : ( I promised some pictures from the renewal ceremony last week and here it is Thursday of the next week. Well I am laid up in bed currently for a whole week due to a minor surgery that causes me to be really dizzy anytime my head is up. So I will have plenty of time to blog about whatever I wish. I’ve had a few sessions that I still need to post so you will be seeing those soon. As promised here is a few from the ceremony. And if I happen to sound a little silly and spacey at times, it’s all the pain meds I am on.

Last week, I pulled up to pick up my daughter from school. I looked down out the window to see one very tiny baby duckling waddle out from under a car. No one followed. No brothers or sisters, no mother or father. He was all by himself. I stepped out of my car to see if I could help this helpless little duck. What gathered to be a crowd of eight, all laid down on the ground of the parking lot to corral this duckling out of danger. It was gonna get hit, I just knew it. But finally after some coaxing, the little guy was caught and safely put in the back of a mother’s van. When I saw this next story from ABC news I thought of my little duck. I wonder how he is. Where he is. If he’s thriving. There really is good still left in this world.

I’m so sorry I have been MIA since yesterday afternoon as I had all intentions of posting a web wednesday. My AC adaptor for my laptop broke and I have been unable to really get to a computer until now. I am having a new cord overnighted to me and it should arrive tomorrow. Thank the good Lord! I miss my laptop. Anyway, here is the link I have for you all. It’s so special and if you are a dog lover like me, you will lurve this video. SO Sweet!
